Shipping & Cancellation

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Customers should contact us promptly if they encounter any issues with their shipments.

Communication and Refunds:

We will notify you if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed.


If we cannot process your order within 30 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank's resolution period.

Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:

If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:

We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.

Charges for Cancellation/Returns:

A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations or returns of orders that have left the warehouse.


Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a specified shipping charge limit mentioned during checkout.
